Following a brain injury in 2014, Shyam Lal Yadav, an Indian man of 74 years old, developed a four-inch horn.
Recently, medical professionals at Sagar, India's Bhagyoday Tirth Hospital removed Yadav's head horn.
According to Daily Mail, Yadav, a farmer from Rahli village in Madhya Pradesh, experienced a head injury in 2014 that resulted in the development of an uncommon cutaneous horn.
The term "devil's horn" is another name for the benign growth.

According to reports, the uncommon growths are most common in elderly persons and are composed of keratin, which is also present in human hair and toenails.
For years, Mr. Yadav had been trimming the growth; nevertheless, when it started to grow quickly, the farmer requested surgery.
Dr. Gajbhiye, a surgeon who performed the procedure, stated, "The patient had a head injury about five years ago, following which a lump began to grow." At first, he didn't pay much attention to it because it didn't hurt. He also had the growth trimmed by the neighborhood barber.
However, he attended the Sagar hospital when the tumor hardened and began to enlarge.
Although the growth can be removed, the underlying issue must be treated, according to Gajbhiye. The tumor has been removed, but the underlying cause is still unknown to the medical professionals.
